Platinum Concierge is a high-level, full-service program based in San Diego, California. As the first point of contact, Platinum Concierge allows Owners an enhanced level of ownership, knowing they have a “personal assistant” available when they need one.
The Platinum Concierge team works closely with the on-site concierge team of each resort, helping to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for Owners and is available before, during, and after their resort stay.
The Platinum Concierge service affords fractional and full-time owners the convenience of a dedicated team that is available to them for the following services:
- Travel coordination: airfare and ground transportation
- Pre-stocking of villas
- Dinner reservations
- Tour and activity arrangements
- Destination specific information
- Special needs and arrangements, as requested
- Coordinating trades with other owners/resorts
- One-stop shopping for travel needs
- Access to the Direct Trade Program
