3rd Home is an exclusive reciprocal club for luxury vacation homeowners. Their premise is simple - by being a member, your second home now gives you access to a whole host of others around the world without paying rental rates for the pleasure. In effect, "you get out what you put in". By simply depositing a couple of your available weeks in your own homes for other members to use, you receive keys (an appropriate word for "credit") which you may accumulate and use at other properties and private homes. These deposits should be done at least 90 days prior to arrival.

The club is almost 400 strong with places ranging in value from $500,000 to over $25 million. About half are in the U.S. and the rest are all over the world. Due to the unique nature of this club, we anticipate they will be adding many new members with high quality properties like yours over the coming months.

Here's How It Works

1 - Weeks deposited by our owners into 3rdHome are done 90 days prior to arrival of those weeks. They receive keys (credits) for these deposits in about 24 to 48 hours.

2 - Once they have keys, they have 2 years to use these credits within the 3rd home system.

3 - Owners can view the availability of weeks offered in homes within the 3rd Home website at their convenience, then tell us what home and what week they wish to reserve. We will then reserve the week and confirm with you.
